Innomax is proud to announce that its Shinfield Avenue residence in St Ives has been awarded Best Single Residence (New South Wales) at the 2026 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards.
The achievement was celebrated at the prestigious awards night, bringing together industry leaders to recognise excellence across Australia’s property and development sectors. The recognition marks a significant milestone for the Innomax team and celebrates the quality, collaboration and attention to detail that define the company’s approach to residential construction.
Completed in 2026, Shinfield Avenue is a luxury, multi-level residence designed to bring together considered living spaces, sophisticated entertaining areas and carefully coordinated construction. The home features a basement garage, dedicated media and multi-purpose spaces, a dramatic double-height living area, and integrated outdoor entertaining facilities, including a BBQ area, swimming pool and spa.
Delivering a residence of this complexity required meticulous planning, precise structural coordination and close management of services and interfaces between the home’s interior and extensive external works. Throughout the project, the Innomax team focused on translating the design vision into a high-quality finished home, with careful consideration given to the details that make a lasting difference.

Our Spec Home of the Year nomination recognises 34 Shinfield Avenue, St Ives—a multi-level luxury residence delivered over a 12-month construction programme.
Organised around a central lift core and a dramatic double-height living area, the home brings together generous living spaces, a basement garage, media and multipurpose rooms, and extensive outdoor entertaining facilities incorporating an integrated BBQ area, swimming pool and spa.
Delivering the residence required precise structural coordination, complex vertical services integration from the basement through to the roof, and careful management of the connections between its internal living spaces and external works. The completed home reflects the attention to detail, technical capability and considered craftsmanship that define every Innomax project.
Our additional nominations for New Kitchen Over $100,000 and New Bathroom Over $40,000 further recognise the quality of our work within the home. These spaces balance refined material selections and carefully resolved detailing with the functionality required for everyday living.
